Why does Backchannel show a wallet as linked but disconnected?
“Linked” means you previously proved ownership of the address. “Connected” means that wallet is currently active in your browser. Select the linked wallet in the Console, then approve the connection in your wallet extension.
Why can’t I fund a request?
Confirm that your wallet is on Robinhood Chain and holds enough USDG for the offer plus enough ETH for gas. The offer must meet the recipient’s current minimum.
When can I refund an unanswered request?
The refund becomes available after the request’s on-chain deadline. Creator response times can be between 1 and 48 hours. Open the conversation and use its refund action.
How do I dispute a reply?
Open the paid conversation and select the dispute action during the review window. Explain the issue clearly and attach relevant evidence. Do not publish private message or audio content on X.
Can support reverse a blockchain transaction?
No. Confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible. Backchannel can help identify the contract state and available escrow actions, but we cannot recover a seed phrase, cancel a signed transfer, or edit public chain history.
